Our packages

Four packages, one single logic

You do not choose a package according to your budget, but according to what the funder will have to read. A single entity and a simple request do not call for the same file as a holding company or an LBO. Start with the Score: it is free, and it will tell you which of these four levels fits your situation.

The detail, line by line

Three kinds of deliverable, not four: the numbers, their summary, and the narrative explaining why they hold up. Calibrating for a bank or for public bodies is not one more deliverable — it is the way the three are addressed to the reader.

What to know before choosing. These prices cover the most common situations; a specific or complex request — several entities, an unusual structure, a constrained timetable — is quoted for after a conversation. No page count is mentioned: a file is judged on what it demonstrates, not on its thickness. The support is a single one — it covers the progress of the file until the funds are released, including where the funding goes through a broker. Broking is carried out by a partner broker registered with ORIAS; Novaris carries out no intermediation in banking operations and receives no commission on the funding obtained. None of these packages includes bookkeeping: when entrusted to a third party, it falls within the exclusive remit of an expert-comptable registered with the Ordre — the French regulated accountancy profession — and is covered by a separate engagement letter, it being noted that no law obliges you to delegate it.
