Let us say it straight away: Novaris is young. The consultants behind it are not — they have been building funding files for twenty-five years and know the banking world from the inside. We know what a committee reads, what it checks, and what makes it walk away, because we have been on the other side of the desk.
Novaris is the bridge between the entrepreneur and the funder.
Neither motivational coaching, nor bookkeeping, nor a marketing agency: applied financial engineering, for directors who have a solid project and a file that is not solid yet.
These figures are our own, measured on the files we have actually supported since 2024. They are not market statistics, and they do not predict the outcome of your file: the decision always belongs to the funder.
Businesses that did not wait for the brand to turn ten before handing us their file.

These businesses entrusted us with a funding file, a structuring exercise or an ongoing engagement. The amounts, the structures and the documents shared remain covered by confidentiality: we name names, never files.
Two trades, and the second is the one people forget.
From the simplified file to the confidential information memorandum, built to answer the funders’ real criteria — not a generic template downloaded somewhere.
A complete file is not enough: you have to know how it will be read. Our knowledge of the banking world, applied to professional markets and to businesses, serves exactly that purpose.
Deliberately small, and organised by skill rather than by title. Every file draws on all four, in whatever order it needs them.
Building the forecast financial statements, cash-flow plans and funding plans. This is the heart of the trade.
Adjusting the accounts, ratios, stress tests, modelling of multi-entity structures.
The form of the transaction, holding company structures, how the entities fit together.
Calibrating files to the reader, following the assessment, preparing for committees.
Services belonging to regulated professions — accountancy, intermediation in banking operations, legal advice in insolvency proceedings — are provided by partner professionals, under their own responsibility and under an engagement letter separate from ours.
Four rules, and they explain most of our decisions — including the ones that cost us money.
Our fee is the fee for the file. We receive no commission on the funds obtained, and we recommend no named institution. A file built for you is not a file built for a partner.
Our prices are published, with the exact scope of each package. They are settled in the engagement letter before anything starts and do not move afterwards, unless you widen the scope yourself.
When a blocking point has to be put right before any approach, we say so and we wait. Presenting a file too early burns a funder for nothing — and loses a client who would have succeeded six months later.
We do not keep books on behalf of others, we do not carry out intermediation in banking operations, and we never promise that funding will be obtained. What we know how to do, we do completely.
Ten questions, no document to provide, no appointment. A score out of 100 that measures one thing above all: whether your project is feasible — what is blocking it, and what has to be put right before you present yourself.
