No data protection officer has been appointed: none of the cases of mandatory appointment set out in article 37 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 applies. Any question relating to your data should be sent to contact@novarisconseil.fr.
Answers to the ten questions (type of transaction, contribution, banking situation, experience, guarantees, sector, trading history, state of the file, prior applications), email address, and telephone number where given.
Purpose: to calculate the score, produce and send the report, and allow the Client to find their results again in their client area. Legal basis: steps taken at the request of the data subject prior to entering into a contract.
Use of this data for marketing purposes rests on consent, collected separately and revocable at any time.
Name, company, email address, telephone, situation and message. Purpose: to answer the enquiry. Legal basis: pre-contractual steps.
The financial, legal and identity information required for the engagement, including the progress status of the file and the invoices issued, which can be consulted in the client area by the people who have signed an engagement. Purpose: performance of the contract. Legal basis: performance of the contract and compliance with legal obligations (invoicing, accounting).
The question about a possible Banque de France credit incident listing is optional. Answering it is not necessary to obtain a score; it only refines the result.
No data is sold, rented or transferred to third parties for commercial purposes.
Two of our technical sub-processors are companies incorporated in the United States: Render, which hosts the site, and Resend, which delivers our emails.
The servers hosting the site and your data are located in Frankfurt, Germany. The technical logs relating to email delivery — including the recipient’s email address — are, on the other hand, kept in the United States by Resend.
These transfers are governed by the standard contractual clauses adopted by the European Commission, supplemented by each provider’s security measures, including encryption of data in transit and at rest.
Audience measurement, for its part, gives rise to no transfer: it is operated by a company established in the European Union, on European infrastructure.
You have the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability, together with the right to give directions as to what becomes of your data after your death.

You may also lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority, the Commission nationale de l’informatique et des libertés (CNIL), 3 place de Fontenoy, 75007 Paris.
Access is protected by authentication, exchanges are encrypted in transit, and access to files is limited to the people who need it for the engagement.
